Piedmont College men's basketball players Wes Parker and Jake Baldwin gave Piedmont one last honor as their senior year came to an end.
Both men were named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches honor roll.
The NABC honors players not only for their talents on the court, but also for their hard work in the classroom.
The players must have a strong work ethic to even be considered for the honor.
Each honorable player is required to meet a high standard of academic criteria.
Parker and Baldwin both were awarded many honors during their time at Piedmont.
They worked hard to earn this prestigious honor twice each.
Having been given this award twice, they were named Great South Athletic Conference All-Academic selections. Baldwin and Parker showed great leadership on and off the court. Piedmont basketball coach Lee Glenn has coached many student athletes who have earned this award.
Under Glenn's five year period at Piedmont, 12 Lions have been honored with the award.
