Should the Stimulus Plan be put into effect

There's great news about the American economy. There's a new Stimulus package for taxpayers. If the Senate drafts a similar bill to the Stimulus package and the President signs it, many Americans will get more than just their taxes back.
The tax Stimulus is a removal of the 10 percent tax bracket for everyone. However, like everything good in life, it comes with exceptions. I say this in high spirits because there are some people that won't receive it. However, there are millions more in America who will, and who need it. Also, if the package is put into play, I'm one of those lucky taxpayers that will receive more money this year. Being a poor college student who is struggling through school, I'm in support of this stimulus being passed. Money is scarce during college. Students take every chance we get to receive more of it.
According to Barginengineering.com, the only people who won't receive more money are those who didn't make the minimum amount of $3,000 and those who make more than $75,000 a year. Other than that, whether you're single or married, if you made over $3,000 and paid taxes, you can receive money from the tax Stimulus.
Why are so many people against this? Is it because they're afraid it might not happen? Perhaps it's because those people are the ones who make over the maximum amount. It's my opinion that if a person makes more than $75,000 is well off and a few hundred dollars isn't going to make a difference.
I think this proposed tax stimulus will improve the lives of many Americans. There will always be exceptions to the good experiences of life. But why worry about the bad when the good is so much better?

America is in a recession. What a dreaded thought, we better do something about it. This is the thought that has many pushing the Stimulus Plan. Many people are also seeing green, green dollar signs in their eyes, that is. Dollar signs in the form of up to $800.
